Having attained a Masters in Media Production, Sharna has worked for several years as a producer and project manager for organisations such as the Melbourne Fringe Festival, RMIT University, very large sound art festivals where things are meant to go bump in the night, as well as on music videos, documentaries and short films.

She was also engaged with an Australian production start up, who have recently been making online music videoesque things with Universal.
She likes to get both pernickety and excited to make sure everything runs well.
