Background
Tom (also known as Dave in the office) is originally from Hull and a self-confessed Mac & Web geek.
After college, he moved to Newcastle Upon Tyne (for a girl, of course!) and worked for a number of design agencies over a period of 3 years. He decided to further his career by returning to education, graduating with a first class BSc in Internet Computing from the University of Hull in 2006. During his time at university, he was awarded The Faculty of Applied Science and Technology's Sir Henry Royce Memorial Prize.
Much to his surprise (having sworn never to live in London), he accepted a position as a Web Developer with Acknowledgement in July 2006.
Primarily a Web 2.0 LAMP developer, he also develops Java applications; if he were on Mastermind, his chosen topic would probably be Regular Expressions.
