Will joined Acknowledgement from American Express, where he was Senior Manager, Membership Rewards, working with large, cross-functional, international project teams. Prior to that he was part of AOL for several years, working his way up from content producer to become responsible for their UK business' safety, security and storage products.
He's good at spotting a potential market or an opportunity that’s going to be big and making it happen. His experience in product management and digital marketing have been critical in his role as Client Services Director, managing our relationships with numerous clients including Sony, ITV and MTV.
