Get on the iPhone

4th July 2008
We're not trying to sell you one but we wonder if you've considered how your website looks on the iPhone and other mobile devices?
Yes, it's true that the iPhone's built in browser, Safari, is able to display webpages in all their glory but anyone who's tried navigating the full version of bbc.co.uk will tell you it can be quite a bothersome experience. Zoom in, scroll, click a link, zoom out, zoom in, scroll up, scroll down, scroll back... It's enough to give anyone finger burn!
Consider making a mobile version of your site so that users can get a better experience. Perhaps you're looking to create a simple mobile landing page, a microsite or maybe even a mobile version of your entire site.
It's fair to say that with the imminent launch of Google's mobile phone software, mobile internet browsing is going to become more and more popular.
If this sounds interesting, or if you'd like to just have a chat with us about this to weigh up the pros and cons, why not get in touch?
